SHIPPING + RETURNS

SHIPPING:

  • We will always do our best to ship your goodies as soon as possible but please allow up to 3 days for us to process, package and ship your order.
  • We will pack & ship orders Monday-Friday 10am-5:00pm in the order they are received.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and all return shipping will be covered by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please use the tracking information you are given to keep an eye out for your goodies arrival! :)

 

RETURNS: 

We take great care if curating our collections and are so grateful for your support! However, we understand sometimes things don't work out as planned. 

IF YOU WISH TO PLACE A RETURN PLEASE EMAIL US AT INFO@TULIPSHOM.COM. THE TITLE OF YOUR EMAIL SHOULD BE: TULIPS RETURN ORDER. - Include your reasons for wanting to return or exchange your item. We will get back to you with return shipping instructions.

  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • At this time returns can be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
  • Once your package is received by us it will be inspected and if there are no damages or issues your store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. Please allow up to 1 week to receive your store credit.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES INCLUDE:

  • Jewelry
  • Seasonal items
  • Sale products
  • Food/perishables

EXCHANGES: 

If you wish to exchange your item we would love to help you! 

  • Exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
  • Once your package is received by us it will be inspected and if there are no damages or issues we will ship out your new items. Please note items will not be eligible for exchanges if certain styles or sizes are out-of-stock.
